in wireless and IP video systems recently introduced the AirEtherTM dual-band 2.4
GHz / 5 GHz wireless point-to-multipoint system, the AirEtherTM SB54 access point,
bridge, repeater and AirEtherTM SC54 wireless client. The new wireless radios were designed to meet
the need for integrating high-quality voice, video, and rich media across wireless
networks with greater performance and throughput than prior generation 802.11
based wireless network infrastructure equipment.
The AirEther SB54 and SC54 access
point, bridge, repeater, and client radios offer high TCP throughput with
WPA2-AES security while maintaining reliable layer 2 connectivity targeted for
enterprise, physical security, and internet service provider applications.
The new wireless radio systems take
advantage of 802.11e standard, wireless multimedia extension (WMM), to improve real
time media streaming. Coupled with
higher RF peak power output of 500mW, tackles the toughest RF deployment range
challenges. Dual band performance allows
for 22 interference free wireless channels.
External or internal antenna selection offers flexible wireless range from
few meters up to 50 kilometer.

SB54 and SC54 product is the outdoor rugged construction. The IP68 rated enclosure, enhanced weatherproof
PoE connector system, and -40C to +85C temperature rating meets the most
demanding global deployment regions.
